The style is low cost and weak. It doesn't support the weight of the iPad. It relies upon a ball-socket clamp which is nowhere near strong adequate.
I modified it with some zip ties to make it perform for the duration of this trip, but who wants a piece of junk wrapped in zipties in the middle of their automobile?
Useless junk.
I also purchased this 1 for $9.98 and it works. It's in reality fairly nicely developed and quickly/effortless to clip onto the headrest posts. Strangely excessive (non-eco-friendly) packaging for a $ten product -- I'm guessing you'd acquire it somewhere like Finest Buy for way more like $30.

I would really serious reconsider ever shopping for anything from this seller once again. I was expecting a NEW item in a box. I got a looks new item in a plastic bag, no box and no instructions. Box I can handle, directions would have been great. It also arrived USPS (late) and in a torn up bubble mailer. This item could have conveniently been broken, and I am really not certain that it is not however as I have not installed it.
I will look twice just before purchasing from this seller. I would even be willing to spend a small much more income to get a new boxed item.
