this could have been a beneficial product if it wasn't so flimsily produced. the velcro piece that sticks to the window to hold the bottom of the shade down fell suitable off of my clean window, and the suction cups do not remain fairly long, either. the hole in the bottom tab to attach to the suction cup is as well major and slips off the cup. the clip on the top that hooks more than the best of the window broke apart on the second day of use. on the plus side, the roll-up action is superior and the overall look is nicer than some other shades. it shades somewhat...i wish it were extra opaque, though. general, it is a affordable item that doesn't appear to stand up well to its intended usage.
Do not get this item, get the cling on type. Our hospital told us not to use it and I agree... it is low-cost and can fall off if utilizing the suction cups and may perhaps hit your baby if it falls (which is what the hospital mentioned can happen). We got the cling on type and it stays on and covers a bigger space on the window also.
