Consumer Critiques

This neck cushion sounded beneficial, and I liked the reality that it has a strap that goes over the headrest to secure it. Unfortunately, it is useless for me. It is way too thick and difficult, and is not adjustable, so it forces my neck forward. I thought it would really feel like a pillow, or be made of memory foam, but there is no give to it at all.

Item arrived ahead of quoted time. Would like to have it stuffed way more ... soon after 3 uses .... item has a permanent indentation and am seeking for filler to stuff in it. Would have preferred a darker color as it requirements to be washed following a few use. Am seeking to make a removable cover so it cas be washed instead of the pillow itself. Would suggest Seller ~ not his fault item doesn't hold up to wear and tear.
